The Lake Providence Port Commission was created in 1958 and regulates the commerce and traffic within the port area.
Inbound – Aggregates, coal, dry & liquid fertilizer, forest products, lime, tire chips
Outbound – Cottonseed, grain
Myriant, Helena, Bunge, Big River, Terral, CHS, CPS, Delta Southern Railroad, North Louisiana & Arkansas Railroad
