The Delta Southern Railroad (DSRR) is divided into two branches and serves a variety of customers in many industries. The first branch begins in Monroe, LA at a Union Pacific Railroad interchange and continues to Sterlington, LA to the north 14 miles. The second branch begins in Tallulah, LA and continues north to Madison Parish Port and then to the Lake Providence Port in Lake Providence, LA – 37 miles.
The North Louisiana & Arkansas Railroad operates over 62 miles of line from McGehee, AR to Lake Providence, LA, formerly known as the Delta Southern Railroad. Twenty four miles of the NLA are owned by the short line and 41 miles are leased by the short line from the Lake Providence Port Authority Commission and Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District.
